Vegetable Cutlet



Veg Cutlet is the easy way to feed the vegetables to the picky eater. It is one of the tastiest and healthy snack can offer to babies/toddlers.

  • 2 Potatoes

  • Half cup Rice flour

  • 1 Carrot

  • 1 Garlic

  • Pinch of turmeric

  • 2-3 Beans

  • 2-3 Coriander leaves

  • Salt as per taste


  • Boil Carrot, Garlic, Potatoes and Beans, use the pressure cooker for faster and well cook

  • Finely chop Carrot, Beans, Coriander leaves and mash the potatoes in a bowl

  • Mix the above veggies in a bowl and add rice flour, turmeric as needed

  • Add salt per taste and mix well as it becomes no sticky

  • Make flat shape cutlets

  • Heat oil in a pan, once hot add the cutlets and close the lid

  • Let it cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides on a medium flame.

  • Once it becomes golden crisp serve hot.
