Stuffed Rice Dumplings




  • 2 cups Boiled Rice

  • Half cup Jaggery

  • Half cup Coconut


  • Soak the boiled rice for 7-8 hours

  • Grind the soaked rice with less water using grinder or mixer

  • If the mixture become watery, need to reheat it to evaporate the water content

  • Mix grated coconut and Jaggery and take it in a bowl

  • Add the coconut-jaggery into the mixture make round shapes

  • Steam the dumplings in a steamer for 5-10 minutes and serve hot
