Dates are such a healing food for your body, it has many health benefits of dates. They are nutrient-rich, and high in fiber, iron and antioxidants that have been shown to help support your body in so many ways. This is very easy and quick dates recipe to add nutrition value to your body. This is best for toddlers/kids/adults.

Ingredients

  • Dates

  • Grated Coconut

Method

  • Remove the seeds from the dates

  • Pan fry the grated coconut until it golden crisp.

  • Grind the dates and the fried coconut in a mixer (Keep little coconut aside for the last step)

  • Take out the mixture and make the cylindrical shapes

  • Roll the pieces on the fried coconut and it is ready to serve.
