Ingredients

  • 2 Potatoes

  • Salt as per taste

  • Oil for fry - coconut oil recommended

Method

  • Thoroughly wash potatoes. Slice in half, then into wedges and keep it in water for few minutes

  • Now add turmeric and salt and mix well. Let the mixture for 5 minutes

  • Take a non stick pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil

  • One the oil is hot add the potato slices into the pan.

  • Let it cook for 5 mins each on both the side in medium flame.

  • Once it become golden crisp serve it hot.
