Instant Wheat Dosa - Quick and healthy recipe for babies/toddlers/adults

Instant Wheat Dosa


  • 2 tablespoons of Wheat flour

  • 2 tablespoons of Rice flour

  • Half cup of water

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for roasting


  • Take equal parts of wheat flour and rice flour in a bowl and add water as required and mix well.

  • Consistency should be not too watery and make sure there is no lumps

  • Let rest the mixture for 10 mins.

  • Heat the tawa and pour the batter.

  • Once the dosa become golden crisp serve it with coconut chutney
