Chicken Liver Dry Fry



Chicken liver is a nutrient-dense food that can offer several benefits for kids. Chicken liver is an excellent source of iron, a mineral that plays a vital role in the production of red blood cells. Iron helps transport oxygen throughout the body, supporting healthy growth and development in children.

  • 400gm Chicken Liver

  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds

  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds

  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Seeds

  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 1 Onion

  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves

  • 2 Tomato

  • 1 Capsicum (Optional)

  • 1 Potato

  • 1 tablespoon Ghee

  • Coriander leaves for Garnishing


  • Cut the liver into small pieces, wash well and keep aside.

  • Dry roast Coriander, cumin, turmeric and pepper seeds and make it fine powder using a Mixer

  • Take a pan, add Ghee once become hot add the sliced onions

  • Let the onion turn into Golden Crisp then add Ginger Garlic paste

  • Now add the powder and let it fry for sometime.

  • Add chopped Capsicum, Potato into the pan

  • Then add the Chicken Liver pieces and chopped tomato

  • Close the lid and cook it for 10-15 minutes.

  • Sprinkle Coriander leaves on top and now the dish is ready to serve.
