Ingredients

  • Half Kg Bangude/Bangda Fish

  • Bafat Powder (Coriander + Chilli + Cumin )

  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

  • Salt per taste

  • Rava for Frying

Method

  • Clean the fish and marinate it with the above given ingredients that is Bafat powder, Turmeric, Lemon Juice and Salt for minimum an hour

  • After an hour add little oil to the pan and once it become hot apply rava on both side of the fish and put it in the pan for frying.

  • 5 minutes fry on each sides, fish fry is ready to serve.
